From pastoral halls to retail aisles, Jeff’s journey has been marked by a consistent passion: encouraging growth and building high-performance teams.

This passion led Jeff to join the Maxwell Leadership Team, where he is certified to coach and train individuals and teams to excel both personally and professionally. Drawing on his diverse experiences and John C. Maxwell’s leadership principles, Jeff offers tailored coaching and training sessions that inspire action and drive results.

Originally from Maryland, then passing through Pennsylvania, Jeff traded the cold winters for the sunshine of Myrtle Beach in 2019. This move mirrors his approach to leadership: always seeking growth, embracing change, and moving towards new heights in leadership.

Beyond leadership, Jeff loves spending time with his family. He loves to go shopping with, or fix dinner for but especially loves to make Sarah, his wife laugh. Together they have three incredible sons. Whether at home or in his work, Jeff is committed to equipping others to grow, lead, and thrive.
